At the BIPOCITY Foundation, we strive to promote equity and equality for BIPOC communities through the use of emerging technologies. Our goal is to create a world where BIPOC individuals have equal opportunities for success and where technology serves as a tool for empowerment.
At the BIPOCITY Foundation, we believe that emerging technologies can play a vital role in promoting equity and equality for BIPOC communities. However, we recognize that the digital divide remains a significant barrier to achieving this goal. The digital divide refers to the gap between individuals and communities that have access to information and communication technologies (ICTs) and those who do not. This divide disproportionately affects BIPOC communities, hindering their ability to access education, healthcare, financial services, and other critical resources.
To address this issue, the BIPOCITY Foundation is committed to bridging the digital divide through the promotion of digital inclusion. Our work aims to empower BIPOC communities by providing them with access to emerging technologies, tech education, and digital resources that promote their economic and social well-being. We believe that closing the digital divide is a crucial step towards achieving the 2030 sustainability goals, creating a more equitable and sustainable world for all.
BIPOC communities continue to face significant disparities in areas such as education, employment, and healthcare, which are compounded by the pervasive impact of structural racism. In the realm of technology, these disparities are even more acute, with BIPOC individuals underrepresented in tech fields and lacking access to the resources and education needed to participate fully in the digital economy.
Bipocity Foundation was founded in response to these challenges, with the aim of leveraging emerging technologies to promote BIPOC equity and equality. Our approach is centered on two main areas of focus: 1) "Emerging Technologies for BIPOC Equity and Equality: Reparations Through Tech Education and Representation," which explores how providing BIPOC individuals with access to tech education and resources can empower communities to take an active role in the development of emerging technologies; and 2) "Blockchain, Agtech, and Urban Agriculture: A New Paradigm for Empowering BIPOC Communities," which investigates the potential of blockchain and other emerging technologies to address food insecurity and promote economic development in urban areas.
Through these efforts and others, we seek to create a more equitable and just society, where the benefits of emerging technologies are shared by all. We invite you to join us in this important work, through participation, partnership, and support. Together, we can build a brighter future for BIPOC communities and beyond.

Their first center aims to leverage emerging technologies, such as blockchain and artificial intelligence, to provide tech education and resources as a form of reparations and empower BIPOC communities. The center will offer resources, training, and education to build a supply chain that delivers affordable, accessible, and nutritious food to underserved communities. They have two areas of focus: "Emerging Technologies for BIPOC Equity and Equality" and "Blockchain, Agtech, and Urban Agriculture."
